2 Months ago, I have bought a 2BHK flat (construnction 10 years old) from a builder, who was partner and owned and residing in the flat . He said that his 4BHK is under construction and will get finished in a months time, and he will move and give us the possession. I paid him partly cash and partly through LIC loan. Registry has also been done 2 months ago. Now since his 4BHK is not completed he is asking more time. I am fearing for the worst, what could be the worst,what are the options I have if he refuses to handover the flat to me?
Please help.
