flat share transfer twice in a year

1st owner got possession of flat in Dec 2006 & sold to second owner in March 2007 . even society updated both transaction on share certificate.
in April 2019, this flat sold to third owner but bank ( for loan clearance) asking valid reasons for 2 transactions on flat's share certificate in 1 year. pls guide

If there is a Title Document in place and other necesssary documents of the building and sociey is there, then Bank need not worry about it and you need to convience the bank. there could be monetary problem or some other personal issues for the buyer to sell it off.
