My mom and uncle agreed for negotiation to divide a property by end of 2019 judge singed and they agreed to share a land. As per judgement we need to make pathway by demolishing a part of building with in 3 months. Due to Covid and other things we dint do. Now we are planning to construct home in our 1000 sqft which is behind my uncles share. He is not allowing us to clean the pathway by demolishing , shifting EB boards and closing a tank which is in common way.
He send lawyer notice last month as we demolished our land and now daily bringing some muscle man to stop our work. As per judgement common way to be cleaned by both as he is not ready we are spending money to clean.
