I have a civil suit pending in High Court and from last 4 hearings the matter is listed in category of " For Directions" as the other lawyer keep on presenting new excuses so get far date as he has taken ex-parte stay.
Please let me know what is mean by " For Direction" is ther any chance that the argument can happen?

it is posted for directions means
it is purposly posted for orders
now HC is heavly loaded
so
wait sometime and watch it
or otherwise
insist your advocate to speed up
