I have availed a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv. At the time availment in the agreement copy there were no foreclosure charges and prepayment charges but the when contacted the customer care they say I need to pay the foreclosure of 4%. Can I file a complaint against them.
In the agreement copy only rate of interest charges are printed. They have provided a service guide in which all other charges printed and it clearly say's there is NIL Foreclosure charges.
Please guide me on this
