Could you please guide a little bit.
1. Land classified as forest poramboke (forest Banjar)
2. Commissioner of Survey Settlement & Land Records allowed ryotwari patta
3. High court also approved sanction of ryotwari patta
Here my doubt is how the registration fee for the land decided to get registration done and to get title deeds.
When I approached sub registrar office under RTI Act to confirm the registration value for that land, they confirmed land as forest wasteland and will not have registration value.
Could you please guide me how the land registration value is fixed.
