Forged will

Dear Experts,

My father died around 15 years back and I doubt that my brother has made a forged will of my father.

I don't live in my parental house. We are just two brothers. My elder brother was living with my parents. 5 years after the death of my father, my brother told me that my father had left a will which they have registered now.

In the will it's written that 80% of my father's property goes to my elder brother. But I am sure that the will has duplicate signatures which my brother has done after death of my father

Please guide me what should I do ? Is there a way to identify this kind of fraud ?

Sir,

Have your elder brother applied for probate in the court?

You may challenge the said will at the time of application for probate by your brother.

At present, apply to the court and challenge the will.
