I have been shown a flat and its documents.Everything was ok, with that property(i.e. papers of that flat).
Then they told me that the property will be sold by a lady who was given a General Power of Attorney.I have paid a certain amount to them.
Now, I came to know through different sources that the person who is the sole Owner of the property dead 1 years before.
What should I do to get my money? I to expose them to world.
