I am owning a land in srinagar app 3 kanals ,recently came to know that my husband and his cousin have sold that land by forging the documents ,and sold the land to another party ,without taking any formal consent from me in writing or in other form , actually I am having marital dispute and living separately from my husband since last six years ,,that is y they have taken advantage of that, can u please tell me about the course of action
