forgery of sale agreement

my father died 2 years ago.. a person is claiming a property under my father name.. he is claiming that he has my father signature on stamp paper along with original documents of the property..

although the agreement he is stating is unregistered, he is using this to sell the property to others and taken token advance..

when I asked about money, he is falsely saying total money is received by my father in cash..

I also have doubt whether signature is forged on the said sale agreement.. he is demanding 10 L to give the agreement along with original documents..

The agreement for sale is valid for three years. If there is a negative clause in the agreement, say, the buyer has to register the property within three months', then, the limitation is extended by such period.

Production of original document is necessary to determine the charge of forgery
