Forgery proof

How is forgery proved by CFSL exmination?

Complainant claims certain person has forged his signature. Complainant's disputed signature is compared his with his past signatures and if found to be different, forgery is confirmed. In such case will the accused becomes automatically become suspect or accused's signature needs to be comapred with complainant's disputed signature? In such case accused has to give signature imitating disputed signature or his normal signature?

if it is confirmed by the forensic department that the signature is forged, then the siad document will not be a valid document and the person who had submitted that document will be under scanner and claims that the signature is not forged will be accused of forgery.

the court might ask the said person to give its signature and ask the forensic person to compare the sign with the forged sign on the document if the style matchs then it would be proved and the said person shall be sentenced to jail by the court.
