We want to change our Society's full commitee because they are not able to work in time. and not giving proper time & attention to the society work. Because some of the committe members are not stays in the society.
So we all the members want to change and constitute a new committe. for that we require some format to get sign of all members.

society needs to call an AGM or EGM to change the committee members. in the meeting names of the name committeee members needs to be proposed and the members of society should give their consent for the same i.e. 2/3rd majority. thereafter, thse persons shall act as an office bearers of the society.
