One of my Friend's Company is a Pharma company. Where the company is giving lease of some machine which is related to Pharma equipments to other parties , Doctors and distributors. My Friend's Company need is in fear if they have given machinery leased to other parties., those parties if they sell the machinery equipments the company may be in loss. Hence they want to have Bank Guarantee on Leased Machinery.
So Please if any body can provide the format of Bank Guarantee Letter on Leased Machinery given by the party to other party
