It is common nowadays of Police not registering FIR's although they have to register every complaint as FIR. Can ZERO Number FIR can be an option that we send via RPAD to police station.
I am in Ahmedabad and need to file an FIR against a business in Pune and another in Bangalore. Rather than going there, can I register ZERO Number FIR? If so, can someone share a format and step wise process? I have looked around the web but couldn't find one.
