Dear Learned Experts, As per the LLP Act, the CAs/CSs/Lawyers are permitted to form multi-disciplinary firms. Is there any rules of Bar Council framed on this? To form a Law firm what are the procedures to be adhered?

Yes LLP Permits the same but respective Institutes/Bar Council are yet to come up a notification/circular in this regard allowing its members to form LLP. In that case u need to wait.
Further, Taxation aspect is yet not clear and hence forces us to wait.
