Dear all,
Ours is a Manufacturing company employing 25 permanent workers. There is no union. Recently we have been served with a letter from a Union claiming that they have formed a union in our company and all the workers are their members. They have also submitted a Charter of Demand and has asked us to negotiate with us.
My question is since they are not a recognized union should we entertain such union and reply to their letter or just keep mum. Further what are the necessary steps required to deal with such a situation.
Kindly Reply.
