Hi Gurus,
My friend , who had become a us Citizen now , earlier was Indian Citizen, wanna take up on institution,
Basically lodge a cop complaint and more.
As a US citizen,
1) would he/she can lodge a complaint in India ?
2) Does he/she needs to nominate someone as attorney to act on behalf ?
3) What are the procedures to lodge from abroad.
For a Criminal Complaint, does he/she needs to be present before cops, can they nominate some one.
Please provide any relevant sections that are applicable.
