U/S 452 & 354 IPC FR was placed in front of Courts. Same day, with out taking cognigence can courts call upon accused through applicant's lawyer.
In Courts, judge told accused "have you been behind bars ? both parties place compromise".
my question is if such activity is lawful by PO ?
What shall accused do in such case?
