I am a consultant in Hyderabad. I have 9 yrs of experience in which 4 yrs as a consultant. Now I am planning to start my own business in Consultancy field. So, for this reason I searched franchisors who are in to consultancy field. I found one who is doing good in consultancy field. He is charging franchise fee as Rs. 10,00,000 N.F & a 15% royalty on sales.
Now requesting the Law gurus to help me how exactly I need to begin & what do I need. How can I apply for bank loan. In some articles it is written to have a Business Plan, if any guru has one for franchising business, request you to share.
