fraud by advocate

what is the provisions to sue a group of advocates who have produced forged, fraudulent property documents as genuine and got a decree in lower court by their malafide intentions....

Like all other cases filing declaration, suit is the only way. You may report such professional unethical manners to Bar Association of India. You know what happened to Supreme Cout employees in Anil Ambani case.

They can not only be sued but also prosecuted just like any other person. They're entitled to no proection.

But always remember justice is sold cheaper than water.

yes there are many to support injustice and fraud but to stand for the truth there's no one it's a lonely battle that's the fate of truth in the 21 St century

If u approach bar council they tell go to court if u go to court the advocates tell we don't know it it was furnished by party we only exhibited it how can we know it as forged . So u appeal it and insist Ur advocate to prove that the documents r forged and to allow appeal.by set aside judgement and decree passed intrial court.

In one of my case trialcourt decreed by forged partition documents but in appeal appeal court appeal was upheld .now they have gone to high court and is pending .u have to know that it was filed on1992.now it is2019.so if u once go to civil court it does ends.

so that's the state of law and Justice in our country where the common man is taken for a ride by few fraudsters who rule the roost and make hay of the loopholes with help of corrupt government staff and make a mockery of the whole system...

Both at the state and central level as it's the top priority of democracy to protect and act on such fraudsters promptly so they don't repeat such offences but the system is only supporting such offenders and not the citizens pathetic state of affairs ..

it's saddening to see a profession which had high respect and regards in the society and was the profession of great leaders now stooping to such low levels for money ....God save our country from such lawlessness of the guardians of law...
