A social marriage was solemnized between Mr A & Mrs B, Mr A is a well paid public undertaking Insurance employee. After just solemnization of Marriage , Mrs B found that Mr A already has affair with another women and that women has one child belong to Mr A. Now Mrs B left the house of Mr A , now she wants to take legal action. So kindly guide me what will be the most effective measure in this regard, 1. Domesti violence 2. CRPC 125 maintenance 3. 498A IPC Regards to all

Do them all simultaneously for they are all different causes of action. Also charge him for cheating.

If all that happened is a gone affair after marriage, then B doesn't have any cause of action. It is only the girl who is left high and dry has a cause of action.
for the sake of vengeance and in anger you can go ahead with all the favourable laws for women and before that take a decision that the marriage is now irretrievable. .
