Fraud in mutation records entry

Dear Sir

A property which was in my great grand father's name was by will in 1943 beqeathed to his 3 sons, one of whom is my grand father.  However, it if found in 1968 that the RTC records are in the name of my grand father's brother's son.  It should have been in my grand father's name.  Since my grand father's brother's son is not the actual successor of the property he connived with an outsider to change the names in RTC and now that outsider's name is written in the RTC by Tahasildar.  When facts came to our knowledge, an appeal was preferred to Asst. commissioner who upheld the order of Tahasildar.

It is a fact that the fraud has taken place in mutation records.  Now, my humble request is that how we can get the records back in our grand father's name who is now no more.  But as per will it should devolve on his sons.  And the outsider is threatening us to vacate the property which we are occupying since 1890.

Kindly advice.

Hare Krishna
