Sir,
Since i din get any help for my other post . So this time i ll put my points straight.
This girl now knows that her relative has got her register married by bribing the registrar . This happened two years back and she came to know bout it now.
Now she wants divorce and if he is not ready for divoerce with mutual consent then file a case for fraud against him .
Sir plz suggest wat ways we can approach , if he is not ready to solve it outside .
How much harsh punishment can we get him into.
