Fraud will on white paper

Hello EveryOne,

My father owns a property near Chikkaballapur(Self earned) and i am his only son. few years back my father signed few empty white papers for some court case and handed over  them to my Uncle(also a senior lawyer)
but later it was known that the court case was purposely created by my uncle to steal some property from us(this property was different one - ancestral)

then the papers which were signed by my dad were never returned. so my doubt is can he use these papers to create a will and try to occuoy my property after my dad?
and he is a senior lawyer too.. that is what is scaring me...

Hi Pramod,

I have read your issue and this needs personal talk. Cannot convey anything on the mail.

You may call on 09324538481 for legal assistance.

Dear Pramod,

You should at once report the fact of signing of blank papers to the police, plus apply to the court for cancellation of those papers, or return to you in order to pre-empt and prevent any possible misuse of the same. This way he wont be able to use them to your disadvantage.
