Dears,
Please can you suggest how to stop a fraudulent sale of land. Defendent falsly claimed to be daughter of a childless late women and katha was transferred to defendent.
Now, defendant is selling this property though it is in court.
What immediately action can we take on this? Please suggest.

The locus standi is important. File criminal complaint in the nearest police station first, with all necessary evidences available with you.
As the matter is already in court, let the concerned party move through court through IA in that suit for injunction.
