Freedom of Expression - Indian Vs. American jurisprudence

Adults (indecent that too) only for Indians!  (Warning lots of rotten words in the verdict- dont read it if you are a purist who gets offended by sneeze of othersl

In the link given below, Supreme Court of America has upheld (7-2) freedom of expression of constitution must be upheld supreme than few nit wits asking for obscenity cases.

Are you agreeing or disagreeing?

Is this what is meant by (their & our) Constitution and the community at large?

remember when issues on gay, dressing are brought out, debates are filled with Natural word, naturally god did not want any one of us to be robed.

Can we imagine such a thing in India?  what are your views.  ?

I have also read the above verdict in several American news papers.  Even the words used in the above judgment / news are unacceptable in our society. In India, those words could  be found only in some tribal cults and not in civil society.

However, ethics is relative to time and place. Many things that are  permitted in India , may be prohibited in America and vice versa.

Mr. Goodboy.50

You are on the bulls eye.

Exactly what i wanted to draw attention to.

We are a society talking high on spirituality but failing in individual duties making us wonder how world runs, turning even an athiest to say God must be running it.

We must start practising what we preach to reach great heights

thanks sir
