I have given money 13 lakhs to my friend by taking 2 cheques and two notes. He is not paying . i want to submit his cheque in bank.. could you please clarify if i can write. 13 lakhs on one cheque or i need to divide 13 lakhs amount in two cheques.
please help.
Either way as you wish. Better to use one cheque and keep the other that may be kept for pressurising him by another case.
