Dear lawyers and seniors,
in the year 2009 myself and myfriends(two friends) were staying together in a house. They had been using my credit card for some months. After that ,they vaccated the house even myself and i got the cheque without date for them,how much amount used for my credit cards. The card values are high like 1.70 lakh and 2.20 lakh.the problem now the bank is troubling for settlement one my friend he is absconded and one friend in mobile contact, he is saying next month and next month like that he is post poneing. i request you to guide a good action to be taken and to solve the problem. it is a lesson for me to helping the people, i am struggling.
