Friendship with woman

I am a married man and will apply for diverce.Till I get diverce can I be friend of another woman.(Without having s*x,Not staying together after 8 PM or staying together in same house.But I would like to go for movie,restaurant etc together and talk over phone.No bank account will be shared.Is it illegal
