Full and final settlement in case of termination

Hi I was working in one big IT firm on client side ,I resigned on say 1 may , as my notice period was 60 days ,I was asking to reduce due to personal issue to 45 days but due to client denial I didn't get approval and as it was urgent i served 45 days . I sent mail for telling company I cannot serve one week due to personal issue but due to client demand company declared me abscond and didn't give me experience letter.but on full and final settlement company showed date of termination as date of resignation and cut whole 60 days salary as recovery for Notice period. even though I severed 45 days didnt received that money, also the transaction by which they give small amount in bank don't have remark/name as full and final settlement it's just some money transfer transaction. Please let me know if I can file complaint against company for this wrong doing of showing wrong information in full and final settlement along with transaction.also this company is belong to Bangalore but I was working in Pune for company so can I file complaint in Pune itself?

Also forgot to mention about letter they are asking from me as no monetary things are remaining from company side if I give this then they are ready to give experience letter.

The Employer is trying to overawe. Certainly, you can make a complaint.
