Hi,
I was working in IT company. Previously I used to work for an organisation. I left that organisation on 15th October 2018, and its been more than 100 days that company didn't provided me my full and final settlement. While leaving that company I have fulfilled all the necessary rules and regulations.
As per that company policy, fnf settlement will be provided on or before 90 days from last working day. But still they didn't provide me.
I have written several mails to HR persons and higher management but still they are not responding properly.
Please guide me what can I do to get my settlement.
