I have purcahsed 2000 ghaz land 5 years back with partner. Today I cam two know that my partner had sold all 2000 ghaz land to someone else without my permission. When I ask him how he had done this?
She told me that 5 years back when we have purchase land at the same time she had taken power of atorny with me without. Even though I was not aware about this.
Is it valid to take POA at same day?
She may taken POA at her husband name.
Please suggest me what should I do in this case even I do not have Dhakil kharij also.
