Future of Legal Practice in India

Hello,

I am a 2nd year law student in the United States. I am writing an article about the emerging legal market in India. I am hoping to gain some perspective from India's future lawyers about what they believe the future will hold.

Specifically, I would like to get anybody's thoughts on subjects such as:

-What do you (and your peers) plan to do upon graduation from law school?

-Would you work for a firm that handles legal work sent over from America?

-Are there American firms in India that are hiring recent graduates?

-What are your opinions regarding the rise of "business process outsourcing" and "legal process outsourcing"?

-Would you consider a career in "legal process outsourcing"?

-In your studies, what is the extent of your education regarding American law?

I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions. I am hoping to get this article published in the Lewis & Clark Law Review, and any comments are greatly appreciated?

Thank you.
