I was divorced as per the Islamic Shariat in March 2010, (Married in June 2003 and stayed together for 5 + years, and stayed separate for 1&1/2 years before formally separation).
She took the custody of my kids (2 daughters) by judge favouring her decision. After separation she got married and started her family with no interference.
I also got married after a year and now having my family.
After 4 years of separation, she has sent a court's show cause notice in which it mentions as VII or G&W Act1890.
I'm unable to understand what is the exact details of this notice. Please explain.
