Hi all,
We need information regarding the confusion.
We have heard from PF department that all GAS Distributors (cooking gas) are considered as contractors for OIL Companies like (INDANE OIL, BHARAT Petrolium).
According to PF dept the GAS distributors should pay PF for the employees even if the no of people is under 20, based on the above mentioned topic (Contractors).
Also we want to know the minimum number of people if the employer is a contractor for an establishment , to the the PF enforcement.
Please HELP!!!
