we purchased agricultural land thane district maharashtra.Seller has not informed us about GAIL pipeline passing through plot.This makes most of the plot unusable. What action can be taken?? we have already payed and made the agreement.This is a case of fraud.We have lodges a complaint with the police with no action yet.Seller has already made an agreement with GAIL and has recieved compensation and is refusing to give us the papers.
