My mother is absolute owner of the freehold property via will and gpa from the year 1979.
My father was expired. and we are two son. I was not live with my mother since long time almost 20 years. Now my mother/ brother give the land to builder for construct the four floor with one floor as builder remuniration.
He also make a sale deed from my mother for 1/4th parking and upper ground floor in his name with sale consideration. further, remaning 3/4 parking and first floor in his name via General Power of Attorny without the concent of my mother. she is 75 year old. again my brother sold (which he acquire via GPA from my mother) 3/4th parking and first floor to his wife name with sale consideration.
NOW MY QNS. IS CAN MY MOTHER CANCELL GPA, WHICH WAS FORGERY DONE BY MY BROTHER. IF YES, HOW SHE PROCEED ?.
SECOND QNS. IS THE WIFE OF MY BROTHER IS BONA-FIDE BUYER OF THE 3/4TH PARKING AND FIRST FLOOR, IF MY MOTHER CANCELL/ REVOKE GPA , THE RESULT IS HER SALE DEED HAS ANY LEGAL AUTHONTICATION OR NOT?
