General power of attorney

I am planning to buy a plot from a Developer. I have the following doubts.

"A" is the Developer who has purchased the Agricultural land from "B". The land is converted and layout formation approval is obtained by "A".  Now in the agreement(unregistered) between "B" and "A" , "A" himself has signed the agreement. Whereas in the Sale Deed from "B" to "A", "C" GPA holder of "A" has signed. Now we are planning to purchase a plot from this layout and again "A" is going to sign the sale deed. Is there any hitch in buying this property.

: C : is GPA. Therefore his sign and his execution of documents are not valid. A only must sign and executed.
