I have a client who posted this query
He does have call center based in mumbai india .
He got order from company based in Texas(USA) to telemarket its products for state of New york
If someone order from new york he/she will get product shipped from Texas.
Call center just have to call and convince people to buy product .
The product is legal in usa , but it falls in gray area in india(might be illegal) though he is not sure .
So is it legal for him to engage/Fall in such contract or not ?.
is this kind of telemarketing legal or not ?
