My father appealed to high court against the judgement passes by dist court. Now our advocate is not co operating with us. Please let me know step by step process to get certified copies of all documents related to the suit. Should we approach high court or dist court? is there any chance court officials cause trouble without giving the documents. Can we use RTI 2005 in this regard. Please help..
