Kindly guide,
in 498A, she had filed that under strict instructions of mother-in-law, she had resigned her job even before the marriage. But enquired it was known that she had left the job 5 months before the alliance was started. When asked the institution thru RTI, they had replied that personal info need not be provided and thus the above said info was got informally.
Now can we get a Court direction to get the official info from the institution. Else any other alternative for getting an authorised proof about her job from that institution to DISPROVE the false complaint.
Also, i would like to know whether any compensation could be claimed for filing false 498A. For this is it required that all the allegations made by her are to be DISPROVED or even if it is NOT PROVED
