Getting info on tds certificate 26as via rti

Hi,

My wife is in Mumbai where as her PAn card is from Ghazibad.Is it possible to get her TDS certificate 26AS from Incometax via RTI?

If Yes which incometax department enquiry will go to

Navi Mumbai or U.P. or we can ask the info feom Central Income tax department by mentioning her PAN CARD number.

Please advise.

@Querist,

No,you cannot use RTI to see any of the information related to tax of your wife.Such information can only be given when requested by appropriate authority.
