Getting passport details

Hi All,

I am fighting a divorce case and wrt that I need the passport details of my wife.

I tried filing RTI to passport but it got rejected saying it is third party information.

I'd like to know if I can request the court to ask the passport office to furnish the passport details of my wife as it is a crucial evidence in my case.

If yes, what do I need to tell the court? Do I need to file any petition for it?
