Getting the ex-parte divorce order from court directly

If the husband has filed for divorce and got the ex-parte order from the court (since the wife did not appear in the court), what is the procedure for the wife to get the ex-parte order from the court without using a lawyer ? is it fine to go to the court and submit the ID proof and get the order directly ? I know the procedure while using the lawyer, just wanted to know if one can do it directly.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Madam, You can filed copy application for certified copies of the order. Thereafte there are porovisions under Civil Procedure Code to get set aside there itself by filing an application citing reasons for the same. Or appraoch the High Court for setting aside the ex parte order.

As the divorce case is disposed off by the court, the wife or any person on her behalf can apply for certified copies of the order/judgment and decree of divorce from the copying branch of the district court from where the case got decided. No lawyer required for this job as the prescribed application form for applying for certified copies is available with the book seller outside district court, just have to file it, pay the required fee for the CC and get the certified copies when they are ready for delievery.

This is not about payment. Everyone has their constraints and situations. So, dont presume things and spam.
