Gift deed

My uncle and aunt had promised me that they would make me the successor of their property viz, land and two-storeyed construction as such they would gift deed it to me. My uncle has passed away and the sole owner of the said property is my aunt now. My question is: Can a property be gift deed-ed to a blood relation but not biological children?

Try so the gift is unconditional and irrevocable.

I agree with Mr. Laxmi Kant Joshi and Kumar Doab ji, get the deed executed as soon as possible i.e., before it is late.

A gift deed can be made by a close relative to other relative  or to anyone, provided the donor has title to gift the property to the donee, dont waste time on such petty issues, jump into action soon.
