hi this is suresh kumar jalluri i have a doudt my father having an 3 acres of land evolved from his father through settlement of will the three acres and some own amount earned by him was completely particined on that partition the three acres were given by my father to me as a gift deed. my question is to there is any chance to cancel my gift deed . in case of any situation arises what are my defences please post me the answer?????????????????????????
