dear experts
please help me to know about gift deed performed in among the muslims according to the mohammadan law.
1. is there need for blood relations for gifting the inami land
2. can unregistered gift deed is considered valid in court of law in karantaka
3. what are the rules and regulations for inami land to be gifted on others name according to the mohammadan law.

Sec 204 of Mohd., las: Gift can be made to any person.
Sec 201 of Mohd., Law : The donor must be a person who has attained majority.2) The subject of the hiba must be the ownershi of some property 3) A Hiba must not be conditional or limited in time. 4) It must be immediate and not contigent or future . 5) Rights under a hiba are transferable and heirtable.. 6) A hib is not revocable in some cases 7) A hiba of undivided property cannot be made 8) Acceptance is necessary to compelte a hiba.
In MOhd., law tranver of possession of the gifted property is essential otherwise it is void.
