If a property holder decides to add 3 more names to the property (wife and 2 sons) through a gift deed, do the boundaries of the property change? There is no division of land, the 7-12 is single with 4 names in it. So now there are 4 owners of the same peice of land. Does the gift deed have to mention individual boundaries even if there is no division of the land? Kindly give your invaluable views.
