Can a gift deed of property made by a mother to her daughter be revoked if the Mother realises that she was misled by her daughter ? Will the Court accept it? daughter has forced her Mother to give her more share than the son after the demise of her Father though as per Sunni Muslim law the Soon has a the major share of father property . Kindly advice.
