Dear Sir,
A father has gifted a plot of land to a son through a gift deed about 10 years ago and the son wants to return the land to the father now. The son's financial condition is good and he wants the land to remain with the parents for their financial security. How can it be done?
Will it require another gift deed to be made? Is there an easy way to return the plot of land to the father legally?

when the gift deed is properly made n registered it is valid.
but when u r again reconveying the property to ur parent then make another gift deed ,but consult a tax expert about the problem which u n ur parent may faced in income tax purpose.
